Do you paint?
We do paint prep — patching, caulking, sanding, priming. For finish coats we typically hand off to a painting sub or the homeowner. We can recommend painters we trust in the Alexandria and Sauk Centre area.
Can you match existing trim?
Usually yes — most modern profiles are still available. For older homes with custom or discontinued profiles, we have a millwork shop we partner with that can match samples.
Can you do crown molding?
Yes. Crown is harder than base — corners need careful coping or precise miters, and the ceiling has to be flat enough. We check before quoting.
How much does trim carpentry cost?
Base and casing trim runs $4–$8 per linear foot installed, depending on profile complexity. A standard room (400 sqft) might run $800–$2,000 for base, casing, and door jambs. Drywall finishing is $2–$4 per sqft.
Can you hang and finish drywall?
Yes — we do taping, mudding, texture matching, and patches for full rooms or partial repairs. We match existing texture so the repair disappears.
How long does an interior finish project take?
A standard room — drywall patching, trim, doors — typically takes 3–5 days. Whole-house remodels with multiple rooms run 2–4 weeks depending on scope.
