- What areas of Minnesota do you serve?
- Based in Osakis (Douglas County) — we travel up to an hour for the right job. Regular service area includes Douglas, Todd, Otter Tail, Swift, and Grant counties: Alexandria, Long Prairie, Staples, Fergus Falls, Perham, Benson, Elbow Lake, and everything in between. Also serve Stearns County (St Cloud, Sauk Centre) and Morrison County (Little Falls).
- How long until you can start a project?
- Lead time varies by season and trade. Concrete and exterior work book 2–6 weeks out in summer; interior finish work and tile typically book 1–3 weeks out. Free estimates are usually scheduled within a week.
- What does an estimate cost?
- Estimates are free for projects within our service area. We come to the site, walk the scope, and email a written line-item estimate within 3–5 business days.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes — fully licensed in Minnesota and carry general liability and workers comp. Proof of insurance available on request before any work begins.
- Do you handle the whole project, or do I need separate contractors?
- We handle the full scope on most jobs — site prep, the build itself, and finish work. For specialized trades (electrical, plumbing) we coordinate with licensed subs and manage the schedule.
